  1. Coyote Creek Clean-Up Day Scheduled

    July 22, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Kelley Park

    The Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services (PRNS) Happy Hollow Park & Zoo (HHPZ) and Keep Coyote Creek Beautiful are sponsoring a Coyote Creek Cleanup Day at Kelley Park on Saturday, July 22 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The February floods left enormous amounts of debris and trash in Coyote Creek. PRNS, HHPZ and Keep Coyote Creek Beautiful invite you to join our community cleanup. Be sure to wear long pants, long-sleeves, and closed-toed shoes as you will be near poison oak and around loose or muddy soil. All ages are welcome to join this volunteer event. Volunteers under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult and volunteers under age 18 must have a signed waiver (available upon completed registration). Community service hours are available upon request. Advanced registration is encouraged at KCCB.Eventbrite.com (group registration is also available through this website). Kelley Park is located at 1300 Senter Road, San Jose, CA 95112.
