The purpose of this meeting is to receive feedback from the public on community amenities proposed by the developer with the project, in response to the preferences expressed by the public at the community meeting on May 20, 2019.
The proposed project includes: 1. Planned Development Rezoning from CG General Commercial, CP Commercial Pedestrian, and R-2 Two-Family Residence Zoning Districts to a CP(PD) Commercial Pedestrian, Planned Development Zoning District; and 2. Planned Development Permit to allow a new 6-story mixed-use building consisting of 123 residential units, 13,897-square feet of ground floor retail; and the removal of 6 ordinance sized trees on a 0.92-gross acre site.
