Park Closures Can Now Be Tracked

The latest winter storms continue to affect some City parks.  To help you track if your favorite park, picnic area, playground, or athletic facility is open, Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services (PRNS) has developed a new Parks and Trails Flood Update web page.  Park users can check to see the current status of affected parks.  This site will be updated regularly.  Closure alerts can also be found at: http://sanjoseca.gov/AlertCenter.aspxFor more information, contact Justin Long, PRNS Deputy Director, at 408-793-5579.
