Watson Park Reopens

Watson Park, severely affected by last February’s winter storms, reopened on Monday, June 26. Extensive damage, along with debris, mud and silt left over from the flood waters needed to be repaired and cleaned up before the park could reopen. While the soccer fields will remain closed until future reconstruction, the public can now use the restrooms, playground, basketball courts, parking lots, both dog parks, picnic areas and the pathways around the park. For more information, please contact Justin Long, PRNS Deputy Director, at (408) 793-5579.
