City Seeks Service Provider to Operate Soup Kitchen and Volunteer Management

The City is seeking qualified applicants to provide and prepare meals for the unhoused in the Downtown area and develop a volunteer program. This Request for Proposal focuses on health and safety to reduce the risk of food borne illnesses, unsafe food preparation and decrease rodents attracted by discarded food and litter. In addition, the volunteer program will allow individuals and organizations who wish to provide valuable community service to do so in a safe and clean environment.
