Plan Checks
Food Service
All restaurants or other food service facilities which discharge to the San Jose/Santa Clara Water Pollution Control Plant are required to complete a Food Service Plan Check Questionnaire and submit it to the Environmental Services Watershed Protection Division. Use current operating data, if available, or your best estimate based on similar types of businesses.
Important
Note: If your plan check is for a restaurant, your plans
must have a COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT STAMP prior to your appointment.

Non Food Service
