One-Stop Counter

A one-stop counter is maintained on the 1st floor of City Hall to answer inquiries
and accept applications for any of the following:

• Flood Zones (Information can also be obtained at: (408) 535-7803)
• Geologic Hazard Clearances
• Public Works' Clearance
• Sewer Fees and Connections
• Sanitary Sewer Lateral Locations
• Encroachment Permits
• Driveway Permits for Single Family Homes

Applications for the following require an appointment which can be scheduled
by faxing a completed application and site map to (408) 292-6054.
A staffmember will call you to schedule an appointment.
