REASON FOR SUPPLEMENTAL MEMO

This item was previously agendized for the June 26, 2001 Council meeting. The proposed standard rate schedules and standardized use agreements for attachment of telecommunications facilities to City and Airport properties were prepared but not previously included in the Council Packet. As a result, the following documents are attached to this Supplemental Memo:

1. A rate schedule for attachment of telecommunication facilities to Airport Properties;

2. A rate schedule for attachment of telecommunication facilities to City-owned properties

3. Three standardized, non-exclusive property use agreements for installation of telecommunications equipment (1) on existing City Structures; (2) at the San Jose International Airport; and (3) for installation on City property of a monopole and for transfer of such monopole to City for use in the installation and operation of telecommunications equipment.
