Adoption of a resolution initiating proceedings and setting December 18, 2001 at 1:30 p.m. as the date for Council consideration of the reorganization of territory designated as Burbank No. 35 which involves the annexation to the City of San Jose of 0.13 acres of land, located on the east side of North Bascom Avenue approximately 90 feet north of Olive Avenue and generally bounded by the City of San Jose Annexation #762 – Sunol No. 14, the City of San Jose Annexation #678 – Cory No. 6, and the City of San Jose Annexation #238 – Burbank No. 6-A, and the detachment of the same from the appropriate special districts including: Central Fire Protection District, County Library Service Area, and County Lighting Service.  A map showing the affected territory is attached.
