Jose North No. 13 Annexation
Please place on the Consent Calendar of the December 4, 2001 City Council Agenda:
Adoption of a resolution initiating proceedings and setting January 8, 2002, at 1:30 p.m. as the date for Council consideration of the reorganization of territory designated as San Jose North No. 13 which involves the annexation to the City of San Jose of 7.27 acres of land, located at the northeast corner of State Route 237 and Great America Parkway and the detachment of the same from the appropriate special districts including: Central Fire District and County Library Service Area. A map showing the affected territory is attached. CEQA: Exempt.
