The Appeals Hearing Board is a quasi-judicial Board which hears administrative abatement action hearings and code enforcement appeals of blighted conditions including: illegal building activity; unsafe and unsanitary living conditions; neglected vacant houses; weed abatement liens; garbage liens; police permit denials or revocations; and graffiti abatement fees.
