Please read the following information regarding this course:
-Students must attend ALL 6 classes in order to graduate from the program and receive their San Jose Prepared! uniform. Students that arrive late to ANY class late will not be allowed entry.
-Total cost is $50 for the entire course (all 6 classes) and is due during the first class. Check or Money Order are the only form of payment accepted, and must be made payable to the "City of San Jose"
-Classes are held in maximum security buildings. Students MUST show proper form of identification prior to attending classes.
-The City of San Jose EOC (Emergency Operations Center) is located at 855 N. San Pedro Street in San Jose, California.
-The San Jose Fire Department BFO (Bureau of Field Operations) is located at 255 S. Montgomery Street in San Jose, California.
