OE#3 Information

The International Union of Operating Engineers, Local No. 3 (OE#3) represents approximately 697 FTEs, which include the classifications of Maintenance Assistant, Park Ranger and Parking and Traffic Control Officer.

On May 18, 2011, the City reached a Mediated Tentative Agreement on a successor agreement with OE#3. On May 23, 2011, the City was notified that the OE#3 membership voted down the Mediated Tentative Agreement. On May 31, 2011, the City Council approved the implementation of terms contained in the City's Last, Best, and Final Offer.
