City Association of Management Personnel, IFPTE, Local 21 (CAMP) represents approximately 335 FTEs and is one of the management bargaining units. CAMP represents classifications at the management level, including Senior Analysts and Program Managers.
Negotiations with CAMP on a successor agreement began in February 2011. On March 23, 2011, the City reached a tentative agreement on a successor agreement with CAMP. On March 28, 2011, the City received notice that the tentative agreement had been ratified by the membership. On April 19, 2011, the City Council approved the tentative agreement on successor agreement reached with CAMP.
