Description: Plaza
- The open areas of the City Hall Plaza are available for outdoor events. The Plaza includes three event areas:
- West Plaza – area located west of the Rotunda.
- East Plaza – area located east of the Rotunda and closest to the Tower.
- Bamboo Courtyard – area located on the southern edge of complex with one end of the space bordered by a section of Henon Black Bamboo.
- The primary event space is the West Plaza as it is the largest section of the Plaza. No permits may be issued on the east Plaza during business hours to allow City employees access to the Tower.
- The capacities of the three areas of the Plaza are as follows:
