Public Hearing NoticePublic Hearing June 11, 2018 - Proposed Budget and New Fees/Proposed Changes to Existing Fees Related to Development Projects
In May, the City Council held a series of study sessions and Council meetings to discuss and receive public comments on the proposed fiscal year 2018-2019 budget, including proposed new fees and proposed changes to existing fees related to development projects. The Council will next have a public hearing on this matter on June 11, 2018, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The public can provide comments at this hearing. Building Division Conducts Wastewater Plan Checks for Food Facilities 
We now conduct Wastewater Plan Checks for San José food facility projects as part of the building permit plan review process. Environmental Services Department staff will continue to review projects for non-food facilities such as industrial wastewater discharges. Non-food facilities should contact the Environmental Services Department at (408) 945-3000. See the flyer for more information on how to submit wastewater plans.
