Mayor Reed with the director of the U.S. Department of Commerce office in San Jose and the Minister Counselors for Commercial Affairs of the U.S. Embassies in Italy, France, the United Kingdom and Sweden
 
   
 
   
“Grow Your Green Sales in Europe” seminar that the City organized with the U.S. Department of Commerce. The program hopes to benefit San José areas companies in the Green Building sector. San José will be one of 4 cities in the U.S. that will host the U.S. Dept. of Commerce Green Building Road Show that will highlight market opportunities in 5 key European markets. Commercial offices from U.S. embassies in London, Rome, Berlin, Paris, and Helsinki with expertise in Green Building and Technologies will present an overview on opportunities for U.S. companies to sell their products and services in this growing sector of the European economy.
