The San Jose Minimum Wage will not increase.  Effective January 1, 2015 the San Jose Minimum Wage is $10.30.

January 1, 2015 - San Jose Minimum Wage

$10.30 per hour

The San Jose Minimum Wage will increase from $10.15 to $10.30 per hour effective January 1, 2015.

The Minimum Wage Ordinance was passed by City of San José voters on November 6, 2012. It required employers to pay their employees a minimum wage of $10.00 per hour for work performed within the City of San José and required the minimum wage to increase annually by the cost of living, if any, beginning on January 1, 2014.
