Applications by Appointment

Applications Requiring Appointments

Most development applications require an appointment. These applications include, but are not limited to, the following::

  • Annexations;
  • Certificates of Compliance;
  • Conditional Use Permits/Amendments;
  • Historic Preservation Permits;
  • Permit Adjustments;
  • Planned Development Permits/Amendments;
  • Planned Development Rezonings and Prezonings;
  • Rezonings and Prezonings;
  • Sign Permit Adjustments;
  • Site Development Permits/Amendments;
  • Special Use Permits;
  • Tentative Maps/Lot Line Adjustments;
  • Variances/Development Exceptions.

Each of these application forms states in the instructions that an appointment is necessary to file the application.

Your application must be complete or it cannot be accepted.

Applications That Do Not Require Appointments

Some minor development applications do not require an appointment and may be accepted Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. These applications include:

  • Administrative Permits;
  • Preliminary Review;
  • Tract Sales Office Permits;
  • Tree Removal Permits.
