The City of San José Management Fellowship offers tremendous personal and professional benefits to people interested in working in local government. - Starting salary of approximately $60,500
- Comprehensive health benefits for Fellows and their dependents
- City contribution to the Federated City Employees’ Retirement System
- Accrued Sick and Vacation Leave, 14 paid holidays, 40 hours of Executive Leave
- Professional development reimbursement up to $1,000 per fiscal year
