Meeting Purpose: 

To discuss the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s project and environmental review processes, and to obtain community input relative to the Parking Structure project located at the southwest corner  of Stockton Avenue and Emory Street. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help refine the project as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.

Proposed Project: Planned Development Permit to allow the demolition of an existing surface parking lot for the construction of a 3-story, 115,986-square foot parking structure with 377 parking spaces on an approximately 1.84-gross acre site.
