Please download the Volunteer Service Agreement form and bring the form with you to the event. Extra forms are available at the event registration table. All persons under 17 must have a parent signature.

The City of San José is requiring all volunteers to provide proof of vaccination/booster in order to volunteer at City sponsored events. On the day of the volunteer event please be ready to present to staff:

• Your vaccination card, picture of your vaccination card or your State of California QR code/digital card in-person AND government issued ID or student ID

All tools and guidance provided! Please wear closed toe shoes and bring your own filled water bottle and snacks.

Help us prepare different sites for 9 new murals for the Guadalupe River Art Walk! Mural installations will occur April 30 - May 8, 2022; creating the longest public art corridor in the Bay Area!
