Meeting Purpose:  To discuss the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s planning and environmental review processes, and to obtain community input, relative to the Planned Development Permit Amendment application for the property located at 1312 Paseo De Saratoga, part of the El Paseo and 1777 Saratoga Avenue Mixed-Use Village Signature Project. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help refine the project as it moves forward in the review process.

Proposed Project: Planned Development Permit Amendment to Building 3 in the El Paseo and 1777 Saratoga Avenue de Mixed-Use Village (Signature Project). The project consists of proposed changes to Building 3, to remove residential uses, reduce the building height to one-story with 58,370 square feet of commercial space, and reconfigure the underground parking garage on an approximately 10.6-gross-acre site.
