The City of San José and the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) invite you to the third of five workshops on the Five Wounds Urban Village Plan Update. The project team will present the concept plans for the project. Join us to see the land use, building heights, urban design, and open space plans for the area, as informed by prior community input. We’ll also discuss the Design Development Framework (DDF) for the future VTA 28th Street/Little Portugal BART site.
