Our Eviction Help Center office on the east side will open October 3rd and is located at:

San Jose, CA 95122

We are open Tuesday, Thursday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Walk-in legal services for tenants are available at this location on Tuesday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and Thursday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Eviction Help Center staff are also located at San José City Hall on the 12th floor, Monday through Friday. City Hall is located at 200 E. Santa Clara Street in San José. 

Parking is available on 4th Street and San Fernando. The first 90 minutes of parking are free.
