With the community’s help, we are updating our strategic plan, ActivateSJ.

The plan includes five community-inspired guiding principles and benchmarks

that were crafted by engaging San José residents at special events,

community meetings and via online surveys.

The plan will help us, the Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood

Services, deliver a sustainable parks, recreation and neighborhood services

system that will enhance the quality of life in San José.

Thank you for reading the ActivateSJ strategic plan. Please take the survey and

let us know what you think.

Take the survey here by September 18, 2019.
