AvalonBay West Valley Project
Project Description
The Avalonbay West Valley Project is a Signature Project consisting of:


Planned Development Rezoning
(File No. PDC17-056) from the R-M Multiple Residence Zoning District to the RM(PD) Planned Development Zoning District; and 

Planned Development Permit (File No. PD17-027) to allow the demolition of the existing parking garage, tennis courts, pool, and amenity building and to allow the construction of a mixed-used development including up to 307 residential units, approximately 17,800 square feet of retail/commercial space, residential amenities including two pools, and 1,110 new parking spaces within the existing multi-family residential development on an approximately 20.08-gross acre site. The proposed project would also include the removal of up to 281 existing trees and the allowance of extended construction hours.

Vesting Tentative Tract Map (File No. PT18-049) to merge seven lots and then subdivision into two lots.
