Our first Employee Resource Group has been formed!
1. The Johnson & Rivera Queer Trans People of Color United Advocates: This ERG welcomes all City employees to be a part of this ERG in hopes of building a sense of community for City public servants who have an intersectional identity of being BIPOC and LGBTQ+ including Allies.
The goal and mission of the this ERG is to build a safe, brave space for LGBTQ+ BIPOC to express themselves and voice questions or concerns they may have in their personal and professional lives As our ERG grows, we will provide educational and informational workshops that intersect between race, gender identities and sexuality.
