The City’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services (PRNS) Bascom Community Center’s Therapeutic Recreation Program in collaboration with Far West Wheelchair Athletic Association are launching the first “Battle of the Bay” Power Soccer Tournament. The two-day event includes eight California teams who will compete for the title of the “Best Power Soccer Team” in the Bay Area.
