The non-profit organization Sourcewise, the designated Area Agency on Aging for Santa Clara County, is holding a public hearing for San José residents to attend at Mayfair Community Center. This public event is intended to allow community members to discuss, comment, and share their thoughts of the Area Plan on Aging 2020-2040. The Sourcewise Area Plan is a comprehensive needs assessment meant to identify the unmet needs of seniors, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities in Santa Clara County. Community members are highly encouraged to attend, as it is the only hearing on the Area Plan held in San José, and only one of three in the county.

At the hearing, a bilingual staff member will be available to assist Cantonese, Vietnamese, & Spanish speaking community members submit comments.
