The Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services will be providing recommended activities to do within the comfort of your home through the Virtual Recreation Center.

Here are some recommended activities related to inspiring creativity and trying new things at home:

Live Cooking Show with Chef Eric Horwitz: Yogurt Parfait  Kids and parents can learn to make a delicious yogurt parfait with homemade granola.  It's a delicious breakfast or snack when you've got quick oats, yogurt and fruit!
Music and Movement Activities for Toddlers and Preschoolers Ideas that can work well during circle time or any time there is that extra level of energy that needs to be burned 
Nature Craft for Toddlers: Magic Wands Magic play is a fun way to engage your child’s imaginative, fine motor, and language skills. Waving a wand and saying the magic words takes a lot of practice to get the spells just right! This simple activity allows you and your toddler to explore nature with an easy craft and fun pretend play.
