Parenting can be joyful, stressful, uplifting and frustrating – all in one day (hour?!). The journey to, through, and beyond a special needs diagnosis can make the parenting experience all the more intense. Join an intimate circle of fellow travelers on Monday evenings for sharing, listening, and supporting each other with practical advice. For parents and caregivers of babies, preschool or early-elementary aged children with any diagnosis. Due to sensitive sharing between the participants, this group is not appropriate for observers – parents/caregivers only please. Co-sponsored by the Los Gatos JCC and Parents Helping Parents. Facilitated by Rabbi Laurie Matzkin, JCC Mindful Jewish Journeys Educator. Jewish wisdom will be used as a framework for discussion prompts; however, no Jewish background or affiliation is necessary. This group is compassion-based and meant to build connections to others who understand your family’s unique journey.
San Jose Coloring Book  Coloring can be relaxing for all ages. San Jose made a coloring book of iconic landmarks in the City.
