Conforming Rezoning from A(PD) Planned Development Zoning District to CIC Combined/Industrial Commercial Zoning District and Conditional Use Permit to allow expansion of up to 59,365 square feet for an existing state licensed behavioral health hospital in two phases and addition of 88 beds, for a total of up to 158 patient beds, and associated site circulation, parking and landscape improvements on a 6.9-gross acre site. The services include adolescent, adult and older adult mental health programs, partial hospitalization and outpatient services.
