Join Volunteer Instructor Jamie every Monday at 10:00 a.m. Dance, socialize, and burn lots of calories with this fun modifies Zumba option for active older adults. Zumba Gold recreates all the same Zumba moves you know and love with lower intensity and lower impact while still focusing on balance, range of motion, and coordination.
