Proposed Special Use Permit at 1212 S Winchester Boulevard, Community Meeting, Project No. SP20-016

Meeting Purpose:  To describe the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s review process, and to obtain community input on the project located at 1212 and 1224 South Winchester Boulevard. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the project’s design as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.

 

Proposed project: Special Use Permit (File No. SP20-016) to allow the demolition of two existing single-family residences for the construction of an approximately 107,079 square foot, six-story, 119-room hotel, on an approximately 0.69-gross acre site.
