Proposed Project:
A Special Use Permit is requested to allow the construction of a new 17,515 square foot church on an approximately 2.77-gross acre site located at 389 East Santa Clara Street. The project will provide additional required parking (up to 400 spaces) at San Jose State University’s parking garage(s) (“off-site parking arrangement”) during weekends.
