Meeting Purpose: To discuss the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s review process, and to obtain community input on the project located at 1255 East Santa Clara Street. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the project’s as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.
Proposed Project: Conditional Use Permit and Determination of Public Convenience or Necessity to allow off-sale alcohol (Type 20 ABC License – Beer and Wine Only) at an existing 3,333-square foot convenience store on an approximately 0.12-gross acre site.
