Meeting Purpose: To describe the proposed project, the environmental review and planning process, and obtain community input on the project and issues to be discussed in the Supplement Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) to the Downtown Strategy 2040 EIR. Public input on the scope of the SEIR is encouraged so that the review addresses all relevant environmental issues. The Notice of Preparation (NOP) for the SEIR is available for review online in the EIR Library of the City of San Jose’s Planning Division web site:  www.sanjoseca.gov/ActiveEIRs.

Proposed Project: Site Development Permit to allow the construction of a 21-story mixed-use building consisting of 194 residential units and 405,924- square foot office with 31,959- square foot ground floor retail and four levels of underground parking and loading on a 1.25-acre site.
