  1. Retirement of the North San José Area Development Policy, including modifications to the North San José Design Guidelines.
  2. City-initiated General Plan Amendment to make updates to the Transit Employment Residential Overlay (TERO).
  3. Zoning Ordinance Amendment to create a new Transit Employment Residential Zoning Overlay (TERO) and application of the zoning overlay to properties with a Transit Employment Residential General Plan overlay.

 

 

Purpose: The purpose of this meeting is to inform the community and receive feedback on the proposed retirement of the North San José Area Development Policy and associated General Plan and Zoning amendments.
