- Retirement of the North San José Area Development Policy, including modifications to the North San José Design Guidelines.
- City-initiated General Plan Amendment to make updates to the Transit Employment Residential Overlay (TERO).
- Zoning Ordinance Amendment to create a new Transit Employment Residential Zoning Overlay (TERO) and application of the zoning overlay to properties with a Transit Employment Residential General Plan overlay.
