The City of San José is now accepting Request for Qualification applicants for its Senior Health & Wellness Grant Program.  The SHW grant program seeks to provide easily accessible, quality programs at Santa Clara County (SCC) sponsored Senior Nutrition Program (SNP) location(s) and additional service location(s) within the City of San José aimed at reducing social isolation and improving the health and wellness of San José residents ages 60 and up.
