The Department of Transportation (DOT) is planning to redesign and repave Fourth Street, from Hedding Street to Technology Place. The objective of this project is to make Fourth Street a safer place to drive, bike, walk, and roll. DOT will present design options to the community and request feedback. Some of the proposed improvements include narrowing lanes of traffic and implementing new bike lanes. Register for and join the virtual community meeting at movesanjose.org/register/4th-st-bike-ped.
