Meeting Purpose:

To discuss the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s project review and environmental review processes, and to obtain community input relative to the Montgomery Plaza project located at 543 and 565 Lorraine Avenue. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help refine the project as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.

Proposed Project:

• File No. H21-027: Site Development permit to allow the demolition of an existing single-family residence for the construction of a 27-story, 126-unit, multi-family residential building on an approximately 0.10-gross acre site at 565 Lorraine Avenue.
• File No. H21-028: Site Development Permit to allow the demolition of an existing single-family residence for the construction of a 29-story, 264-unit, multi-family residential building on an approximately 0.22-gross acre site at 543 Lorraine Avenue.
