Meeting Purpose:  To discuss the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s project and environmental review processes, and to obtain community input relative to the proposed project located at 7201 Bark Lane. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help refine the project as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.

Proposed Project: Planned Development Permit to the demolition of all structures on-stie, the removal of 32 trees (22 ordinance-size, 10 non-ordinance-size) for the construction of a 7-story, 85-unit multi-family residential building with underground parking on an approximately 0.90-gross acre site.
