Proposed Project: Site Development Permit to allow the construction of a 281,873-square foot industrial building including 271,873 square feet of warehouse and 10,000 square feet of office on a 15.1-acre site, with an option to use up to 45,000 square feet of the warehouse space for light/medium manufacturing.
