Meeting Purpose:  To present the project and obtain community input.

Proposed project: A Conditional Use Permit to allow the conversion of an existing 18,505 square foot office building located on an approximately 0.58-gross acre site into a middle school for up to 236 students and to allow some site modifications such as restriping parking spaces and adding bicycle parking facilities. No physical changes are proposed to the building.
