Meeting Purpose: 

To describe the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s review process, and to obtain community input on the project located at 2267 Plummer Ave. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the project’s design as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.

Proposed project{s):

A General Plan Amendment (GP22-007) to amend the land use designation from Residential Neighborhood to Public/Quasi-Public, a Conforming Rezoning (C22-022) to change the zoning district from R-1-8 Single-Family Residence to PQP Public/Quasi-Public, and a Special Use Permit (SP22-014) to allow school use (Presentation High School) at an existing single-family house on an approximately 0.39-gross acre site.
