Meeting Purpose: To present the updated project and obtain community input

Project Location:  Corner of Berryessa Road and N. Jackson Avenue

Proposed Project: Conforming Rezoning from A(PD) Planned Development Zoning District to CP Commercial Pedestrian Zoning District and a Site Development Permit to allow the construction of a two-story, 47,000-square foot commercial center with adjacent surface parking, on a 2.76-acre site.

Next Steps: The environmental document will be available to the public for review and comment for approximately 20 days. If you would like to be notified of its availability via email, please send an email to the project managers listed below.  Following the close of the comment period, the project will be scheduled for a public hearing. If the project is approved at the hearing, the City will file a Notice of Determination (NOD) with the County Clerk and the applicant can move forward with the Building Permit process.
