Proposed Project: Planned Development Permit Amendment to modify the previously approved PD Permit to allow the removal of 44 ordinance-size and 96 non-ordinance-size trees, and the construction of one four-story, 198,300-square foot R&D office building, one five-story, 192,150-square foot R&D office/R&D building, one 3-story, 148,950-square foot R&D office/R&D building, one single-story, 24,500-square foot amenity building, one five-level separate parking structure and the associated site improvements on a 36.6-acre site.
