The San José Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) advises the City of San José about the needs of people who walk, roll, or bike. The BPAC helps to improve walking, rolling, and biking safety.

The Committee reports to and works with DOT staff. Committee members must either live or work within San José.
